Complete the required liability and insurance paperwork, helmet check, participate in a safety briefing for riders and horses, introduce yourself to our team, and become familiar with your horse.
Once the paperwork, safety briefing, and introductions are complete, a staff member will review your objectives, address any concerns regarding equine activities, and assist in devising a plan that benefits both parties to ensure you meet your goals. Our horses are gentle creatures that offer remarkable therapeutic tranquility; we trust that you will find healing in fostering a bond of trust with them.
After we finish the paperwork, safety talk and introductions, our one-hour trail ride is just perfect for our guests that don't have much time but want a genuine "Montana" experience in the saddle. This trail makes an exquisite loop over a creek, through the quaking aspen trees (often seeing local wildlife) and returns back to the barn for a quick, but scenic, Montana adventure.
Following the required paperwork, safety briefings, and introductions, guests will embark on a two-hour guided tour across the forested mountains. The path meanders through a creek, ascends from the valley to offer a breathtaking view of the neighboring mountains, descends into the creek bed for a crossing, then leads to the opposite side of the valley, for the final stretch back to the barn. Encountering wildlife is a frequent delight on this trail ride.
Bring the decorations, cake, and kids, and we'll supply the entertainment and excitement! Our offerings are tailored for children aged 10 and above, with safety as our priority. We'll start with necessary paperwork, safety briefings, and introductions. Then, the partygoers will enjoy two horseback riding games, each lasting around 20 minutes, followed by horse painting. The celebration continues with cake, gifts, and farewells, while our team takes care of the cleanup.
For this incredible adventure you can expect to be out in the incredible wilderness for 5 hours. After paperwork, a safety briefing, and introduction we will head out on the trail in the morning. Our first stop will be an incredible scenic photo opportunity atop the hills overlooking our facilities. When everyone has finished snapping their pictures, we will continue on to enjoy a prepared lunch at our chuckwagon. After lunch we will return back to the barn through the forest.
This option offers flexibility as sunset times change with the seasons. In collaboration with you, our client, we organize this enchanting evening. Please arrive around one hour before sunset to complete paperwork, participate in a safety briefing, and meet the team. A guide will then escort our guests on a 30-minute trail ride to a hilltop location, promising stunning views at sunset. While you relish the tranquility together, enjoy s'mores and drinks.
Rest assured, one of our guides will arrive in a vehicle to safely transport you back.
